Ace Solutions appers to be one of SingTel&#039;s reseller, their website states that they are SingTel&#039;s Authorised Channel Partner. Thus when they offer SingTel packages, they are selling them on behalf of SingTel.

In fact, for DP Bureau; their web hosting and web design packages are done by another company called New Media Express. Perhaps the 3 appointed vendors are allowed to choose external partners who can combines their services into a complete Broadband+Hosting+Website package.

I spoke to IDA today, and their comment is that the SIP grant is only eligible if we purchase the services from the 3 IDA appointed vendors - iCell, Singtel &amp; DP Bureau and if we purchase services from other vendors, we are not eligible for the grant. Dont think Ace Solutions is an appointed vendor?</description>
